Are you interested in fitness but unsure where to start? This Basic Fitness Theory Workshop is designed just for you. Led by Chris, a professional trainer from KONGNER GYM, this workshop will help you gain a deeper understanding of the fundamental knowledge and principles of fitness, laying a solid foundation for your health and training.

Workshop Content:

  • Principles and Fundamentals of Exercise: Learn how to develop an effective fitness program, understand the basic scientific theories of exercise, and enhance your training results.
  • Basic Knowledge of human muscle and bone structure: Understand how muscles and bones work in different body parts to avoid unnecessary injuries during exercise.
  • Introduction to Healthy and Balanced Diet Principles: Learn how to support your fitness goals by eating right and balancing your nutrition to promote total body health.

Additionally, we have set up a Q&A session where you can ask questions based on your specific conditions and get simple, customized fitness advice.

Suitable For:

  • Fitness beginners or those who are interested in fitness theory.
  • Participants who want to learn more about fitness and nutritional health information.

Recommendations:

  • Notebook and Pen: As the class will cover a wide range of theoretical knowledge, it is recommended that you bring a notebook and pen to record the key points at any time. This will help you review your future learning.
